SubTime offers a club subscription plan that a club can purchase for all the teams eliminating the need for coaches to purchase individual plans. ​​

Club subscription is based on teams.  Once a team is granted access, the team admin can grant full access to other coaches via sharing.

Our tiered pricing model provides increasing discounts as more teams are added. This flexible structure ensures that clubs pay only for what they need while enjoying significant cost savings.

Annual Pricing Per Team:

• 2 to 5 teams: USD $19.99 per team

• 6 to 10 teams: USD $17.99 per team (10% discount)

• 11 to 20 teams: USD $16.99 per team (15% discount)

• 21 to 30 teams: USD $15.99 per team (20% discount)

• 31 or more teams: USD $14.99 per team (25% discount)

How It Works:

1. The Club Manager downloads the "SubTime Club Manager" app.

2. Within the app, the Club Manager creates the club, generating a unique club code.

3. The Club Manager purchases a subscription with the selected number of teams and duration. The start date is set to align with the league's season start.

4. The Club Manager shares the club code with coaches.

5. Coaches use the SubTime app to register their teams with the provided code.

6. The Club Manager grants access to the registered teams through the "SubTime Club Manager" app.
